Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No Refund Policy Cancellation Policy: • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a full charge. Rescheduling Policy: • Clients may reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours in advance without any penalty. • Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. No Refund Policy: • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for canceled, missed, or rescheduled appointments. • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, a credit may be issued at the discretion of management to be used for future services. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
